Matt Pilgreen enlisted in the U.S. Army, right after graduating high school, and served for eight years deploying during the Global War on Terriosm. During his military career, he provided communication support for the Special Operations community, building discipline, sharpening his problem-solving abilities, and developing a strong work ethic that continues to guide everything he does today.

Following his military service, Matt earned a Mechanical Engineering Technology degree from Trident Technical College in South Carolina before returning home to Kansas. He has spent the past fifteen years in manufacturing, where he has had roles in design, fabrication, and product validation of both ag and construction equipment to ensure performance, durability, and reliability. In May 2026 he earned his B.S. in Technology Leadership through Fort Hays State University. 

Matt also offers dirt work services, bringing the same precision and work ethic to excavation, grading, and land preparation projects. In addition, he brings deep expertise in antique John Deere tractors, from bringing long-idle machines back to life to restoring them to like-new condition. He takes real pride in preserving the integrity and craftsmanship of classic equipment.

Beyond that, he possesses strong skills not only in equipment, but also automotive maintenance and diagnostics, along with the ability to design and machine custom parts to meet specific needs.
